This Privacy Policy explains how RallyTag3D ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit rallytag3d.com or order a personalized 3D-printed bag tag.

Information we collect

• Order and contact information. Your name, email address, and shipping address when you place an order.
• Personalization details. The name and number you enter so we can print your tag.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a payment confirmation and a reference we can use for refunds.
• Order metadata. We keep records such as the order amount, payment status, whether the order was live or a test, and the network address the order was placed from (used to detect fraud and measure advertising performance).
• Usage information. We use Google Tag Manager with advertising and analytics tags (including the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ad performance.

How we use your information

• To produce, personalize, and mail your order.
• To send order confirmations, mailing/shipping updates, and respond to your support emails.
• To process payments and refunds through Stripe.
• To measure the performance of our advertising and improve the site.

Advertising and analytics

We use tools such as Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. When you complete a purchase, an order event (including the order total) may be shared with our advertising partners so we can measure and improve our ads. Where required by law, you can opt out of advertising tracking through your browser or device settings, or by using Meta's Ads preferences.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to run our store: Stripe (payments), our email provider (order and shipping notifications), our printing and production process, our messaging platform for order management, and advertising platforms (in aggregate or pseudonymized form). We may also disclose information if required by law.

Local storage

The personalizer saves your in-progress designs in your own browser so you don't lose your work. This data stays on your device until you clear it or place an order.

Children's privacy

Our tags are made for young athletes, but our website is intended for adults making purchases. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and to support reorders and refunds. Personalization details are kept with your order record.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we no longer need for legal or business purposes by emailing us at the address below.
