Welcome to RallyTag3D. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit rallytag3d.com or order a personalized 3D-printed bag tag from us.

Orders and personalization

You are responsible for the personalization you enter — spelling, capitalization, names, and numbers. Please double-check everything before you complete your order, and confirm the checkbox that says your personalization is correct. Personalization errors you enter are not eligible for a refund or free replacement, though we may offer a discounted reprint as a courtesy.

Design previews on the site are illustrative. Final printed details may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before tax. Shipping is a flat fee charged once per US order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

Shipping

We mail personalized orders to US addresses, including DC, via USPS First-Class, usually within 3–5 business days. This postage does not include tracking. If your order has not arrived after 10 business days in transit, email us and we'll help.

Guarantee, refunds and cancellations

Every RallyTag is custom-made just for you, so personalized orders aren't eligible for returns or refunds due to a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or we made a mistake with your personalization, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it free. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before production begins. See our full Refund & Replacement Policy.

Intellectual property

The RallyTag3D name, logo, tag designs, and site content are owned by RallyTag3D and may not be copied or used without permission. You keep the rights to the name and number you submit; by submitting them, you give us permission to print them on your tag.

Acceptable use

Don't submit names or content that are offensive, infringe someone else's rights, or impersonate another person or organization. We may refuse or cancel orders that do, with a full refund if payment was collected.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order or the site is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
